WHY FINANCE?

You may want to own a Harley-Davidson^® motorcycle, but you don’t have the cash to buy it outright. Financing your Harley-Davidson^® motorcycle allows you to pay for your motorcycle over a period of time. We offer flexible repayment options and specialized financing for all credit types. Our finance and insurance experts will customize your financing based on your needs. With Harley-Davidson^® Credit, financing can be arranged right on the spot.

Ownership

When you finance the purchase of your motorcycle, your name goes on the title. Once the loan is repaid, you become the outright owner. In addition, you may sell or trade in your motorcycle at any time.

Every new, previously untitled Harley-Davidson^® motorcycle comes with a free two year manufacturer’s Limited Warranty. The warranty period starts on your vehicle purchase date and protects you from any service issues caused by any parts found under normal use to be defective in factory materials or workmanship. Regular vehicle maintenance items are excluded. Genuine Harley-Davidson^® parts installed at the time of purchase are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

HARLEY-DAVIDSON^® EXTENDED SERVICE PLAN

Your Freedom to Ride

Covers virtually all approved Harley-Davidson^® major parts and systems, all 1,100 of them! Plus, reimbursements for rental vehicles, pick-up, towing charges and even lodging and meals if you are stranded away from home.

You must acquire the H-D™ Extended Service Plan before your factory warranty ends. Once your warranty expires, there is no way to get this important coverage at any price. For pre-owned motorcycles, you must purchase the protection on the same day you purchase the motorcycle.

Should you decide to sell your bike before the coverage ends, simply transfer any remaining coverage to the next owner for FREE. That’s a selling feature that may also help you get the highest possible resale value.

A $50 deductible per claim is all you’ll ever pay for any covered repair. Plus, you’ll pay nothing for parts previously repaired or replaced under the plan. The future costs of even one unexpected repair may easily exceed the cost of buying an H-D™ Extended Service Plan now.

For new motorcycles, both the Expense Reimbursement Package and the optional Tire and Wheel Coverage begin the same day as your factory warranty. The Mechanical Breakdown coverage begins the day after your factory warranty expires. All coverage on pre-owned motorcycles start the same day the motorcycle and service contracts are purchased.

H-D™ TIRE & WHEEL OPTION

Your Harley-Davidson^® motorcycle comes with a factory warranty that covers major mechanical components, but what about a flat tire, bent wheel rim or damaged sidecar tire? Now you can protect yourself from out-of-pocket repair costs caused by unexpected road hazards with H-D™ Tire & Wheel Protection.

1. Provides repair or replacement for original or replacement tires and wheels that fail due to contact with a road hazard.

2. Coverage includes cost of mounting and balancing, inner tubes, valve stems, labor and taxes.

3. No deductible.

4. No maximum number of occurrences.

GUARANTEED ASSET PROTECTION (GAP)

Don’t lose your shirt if you lose your bike.

Make sure you’re covered with the H-D™ GAP Plan.

No one likes to think about having their bike stolen or totaled in an accident, but the fact is, it can happen. And if it does, there’s something you probably didn’t know:

Your insurance company may only reimburse you for the actual cash value of you motorcycle. This amount could be substantially less than the outstanding balance on your loan.

This difference between what you owe on your loan and what your insurance company will pay is what’s known as “gap”, and its money that you’ll have to pay—unless you get the Harley-Davidson^® Guaranteed Asset Protection (GAP) Plan. It could literally save you thousands of dollars, up to $25,000. It could even cover the cost of your insurance company’s deductible, up to $1,000.

Should your bike ever be stolen or damaged beyond repair, you’ll have the comfort of knowing that your H-D™ GAP Plan will pay off any portion of your loan that remains after you get the settlement from your insurance company. You’re H-D™ GAP Plan will give you the option of receiving a $1,000 credit toward the purchase of a new bike—so you can get back on the road faster.

WALKAWAY® Protection for motorcycle financing is a unique, one-of-a-kind program that allows you to return your motorcycle and walk away from negative equity up to $7,500 should any of the following life changing circumstances arise:
